From a truly inspired wedding banquet of 250 to an intimate wine dinner for 12 at our home, we have always been impressed beyond measure by their delicious, wonderfully creative and visually stunning creations. True to her Southeast Asian heritage, but always finding new ways to interpret those flavors, Irene never failed to surprise and wow a crowd. Always thoughtful of our needs and special wishes, Saffron truly embodies catering par excellence.
